1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Mark The Mobile Mechanic ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Mark The Mobile Mechanic provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area and beyond. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Routine maintenance (oil changes, fluid top-offs, tune-ups)
- Diagnostics
- Minor repairs (brake pads, battery replacement, light engine work)
- Moderate repairs (suspension work, cooling system repairs)
- Emergency services (flat tires, battery jumps, fuel delivery)
- Pre-purchase vehicle inspections
3. Service Area
We are located in Haslet, TX and serve the greater DFW area. Service availability outside our primary area may be subject to additional travel fees.
4. Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled by calling or texting (469) 420-0460
- We require accurate vehicle information and service location
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
5. SMS Communications Consent
By providing your phone number during the appointment scheduling process, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Mark The Mobile Mechanic.
These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Mechanic en-route notifications
- Service status updates
- Payment links and invoices
- Follow-up communications
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly at (469) 420-0460.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Service estimates are provided before work begins
- A deposit of 30% is required for all services
- Payment is accepted via credit/debit card through Stripe
- Payment links may be sent via SMS for your convenience
- Final payment is due upon completion of service
7. Warranty
- We stand behind our work and provide warranty coverage on parts and labor as specified at the time of service
- Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent accidents
8. Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed
- We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages
- Customer is responsible for ensuring the service location is safe and accessible
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Ensure the service location is safe and accessible
- Be present or available by phone during the service
- Disclose any known issues or concerns about your vehicle
10. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged a fee and may affect future appointment availability
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Texas state law.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
